Speech/Dubbing - in factions? - Guild Wars Forums

After linking my new factions key to my account today, I'm trying it out, and I've noticed the opening cutscene has subtitled - it's not narrated like the Prophecies cutscenes. It's not a big issue; but are they supposed to be spoken?

I am pretty sure that is just how they made the game. I have seen a couple of cutscenes with just text and no speech.
